This Copyrights & IP Policy (“Policy”) explains ownership of content on www.torazencollective.com (the “Site”), how you may use that content, and how to report infringement. “Torazen,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Torazen and its affiliates.

1. Ownership & Protected Rights
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and all content on it—including text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, videos, designs, page layouts, and software (collectively, “Torazen Content”)—are owned by Torazen or licensed to us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2. Trademarks
TORAZEN, TORAZEN COLLECTIVE, and associated logos, product names, and slogans are trademarks or trade dress of Torazen in the United States and other jurisdictions. All other names or logos are the property of their respective owners. No license to use any Torazen trademark is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise without our prior written consent.
3. Limited License & Permitted Use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Site. This license does not permit:
- Resale or commercial use of the Site or Torazen Content
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works
- Use of data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering methods
- Use of Torazen trademarks or trade dress without written permission
4. Restrictions (No Copying/Resale)
Without our prior written approval, you must not disclose, reproduce, store, adapt, translate, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit Torazen Content or our products/designs in any medium. Unauthorized listings, mockups, or print-on-demand reproductions using our imagery, logos, or proprietary designs will be removed; persistent violations may lead to legal action and claims for damages.
5. User-Generated Content
By tagging, submitting, or uploading content to us or our channels (e.g., #Torazen, product reviews, gallery submissions), you represent that you have all rights necessary and grant Torazen a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in any media for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes. You remain responsible for your content and must not upload material that infringes third-party rights.
6. Inspiration & Third-Party IP
Our collections may include original works inspired by broader pop-culture and anime aesthetics. We do not claim affiliation with, or endorsement by, any third-party rights holder unless expressly stated. We avoid direct use of protected character names, likenesses, or proprietary marks without license. If you believe any item inadvertently infringes your rights, please follow the notice procedure below so we can review and respond promptly.
7. Anti-Counterfeit & Marketplace Policy
Counterfeiting harms creators and customers. We actively monitor online marketplaces and social platforms. Unauthorized sellers using Torazen Content, logos, or confusingly similar branding may receive takedown notices and, where appropriate, legal claims. If you spot suspected counterfeits, please report them to support@torazencollective.com with links and screenshots.
8. Notice & Takedown (DMCA / Global Equivalent)
If you are a rights holder (or authorized agent) and believe material on the Site infringes your copyright or trademark, send a written notice to our Designated Agent (details below). Upon receipt of a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user. We may also forward your notice to the user and, when applicable, accept a counternotice under the DMCA.

For DMCA counternotices, include the elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3), including consent to jurisdiction and service of process.
10. Repeat Infringer Policy
Where appropriate and in our sole discretion, Torazen may terminate accounts or block users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
11. No Data-Mining, Scraping, or AI Training
Automated access, scraping, or harvesting of Torazen Content (including images, text, prices, or metadata) is prohibited. Torazen Content may not be used for training datasets, machine learning models, or AI systems without our prior written consent.
12. Warranties, Disclaimers & Reservation of Rights
All Torazen Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in this Policy. Torazen may update or modify this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Site.
