Express + Priority Dispatch $24, free over $130 — packed first, out in 1-2 business days.
UK / EU / US: 8-14 business days after dispatch (10-18 business days total); express 4-7 business days total.
Tracked worldwide on every order (thresholds shown in your currency at checkout).

Shipping Methods

Standard (tracked) — $8, free on orders over $100. Dispatched in 2-4 business days. Delivery after dispatch: UK / EU / US 8-14 business days; Canada / Australia 2-3 weeks; Asia 11-15 business days.
Express Shipping + Priority Dispatch (tracked) — $24, free on orders over $130. Packed first and dispatched in 1-2 business days. Delivery after dispatch: 3-5 business days.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

Standard orders are packed and dispatched within 2-4 business days. Express + Priority Dispatch orders are packed first and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery then runs 8-14 business days in transit and express 3-5 business days. All in, that means standard 10-18 business days total and express 4-7 business days total from the day you order (UK / EU / US). We ship worldwide, tracked on every order.

Tracking Your Order

Every order ships tracked. Your tracking link arrives by email at dispatch, and you can look any order up at any time with your order number and email at Track Order.

30-Day Non-Delivery Protection

Every tracked order is covered: if tracking confirms your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days of dispatch, we issue a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Split Shipments

Larger orders sometimes ship in parts. You never pay extra for a split, and each parcel has its own tracking.

Address Changes

Email us immediately — we can edit an address before dispatch, not after. Orders returned to us as undeliverable are refunded minus shipping.

Duties and Taxes

Taxes and duties calculated at checkout where applicable. Any import charges levied by your country are the recipient’s responsibility unless collected at checkout. Free-shipping thresholds are shown in your own currency at checkout.
