Lay your best-fitting piece flat and measure straight across, armpit to armpit.

HPS length

Highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.

Shoulder

Seam to seam across the back, where each sleeve is set in.

Sleeve

Shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.

Bottoms

1/2 waist

Waistband laid flat, edge to edge - half the way round, relaxed.

Length

Top of the waistband straight down to the hem.

Hip

The widest point across the seat, all the way round.

Hem

Straight across one leg opening.
