These terms are a contract between you and Ascend Nexus LLC (file no. 3961), registered at 1007 N Orange St. 4th Floor, Wilmington, DE, New Castle, US, 19801, trading as Torazen.
By ordering you accept these terms. Prices are set in USD and converted per market at checkout; obvious pricing errors may be cancelled and refunded. We may cancel orders where fraud is suspected.

You may change or cancel within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@torazencollective.com - after that your order may already be processing. You are responsible for accurate address details.

Photos submitted or tagged to Torazen may be featured with credit; ask us to remove yours at any time.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold by law. Disputes are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, and heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless your consumer law provides otherwise.
