Shipping
You get a tracking email at dispatch. Standard orders are processed within 2-4 business days before dispatch; Express Shipping + Priority Dispatch orders are packed first and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery then runs 8-14 business days in transit and express 4-8 business days - that makes standard 10-18 business days total and express 5-10 business days total from the day you order. Standard orders are processed within 2-4 business days before dispatch. Express + Priority Dispatch orders are packed first and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery then runs 8-14 business days in transit and express 4-8 business days. All in, that means standard 10-18 business days total and express 5-10 business days total from the day you order (UK / EU / US). We ship worldwide; your tracking number is emailed at dispatch. Part of an order may occasionally ship separately at no extra cost. Taxes and duties calculated at checkout where applicable.
Yes - we ship globally, and your tracking number is emailed at dispatch. Rates and times by region are in the table above; anything unusual for your country shows at checkout before you pay.
An optional upgrade sold on some earlier orders: it extends non-delivery cover from 30 to 90 days. It is no longer offered - if your order included it, that cover still applies.
You do not need it to be covered. Every order ships tracked, carries 30-day non-delivery protection, and is refunded or replaced in full if it turns up damaged, wrong or defective.
Returns
30-day returns and exchanges. Request within 30 days of delivery (per carrier tracking). Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, odor- and mark-free, with all tags attached and original packaging. Email us for an RMA first - unapproved returns cannot be processed.
Sizing exchanges and change of mind: accepted within the window; you pay the postage to send the item back to our returns address, and for an exchange we ship the new size free, once the original is received and inspected. Change your mind within 14 days and we refund the item plus the standard delivery you paid. Express upgrades aren’t refunded.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos (item, issue, packing slip if available). Once verified we repair, replace, or refund in full - including original shipping.
30-day non-delivery protection: if tracking confirms your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days of dispatch, you get a full refund. This is delivery protection, not a separate return window. If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, check with neighbours and the carrier first, then email us - we will open a carrier investigation and help.
If your order includes Extended Cover (an upgrade sold on earlier orders): your non-delivery cover runs for 90 days from dispatch instead of 30. Everything else on this page applies to every order either way.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days. To start: email support@torazencollective.com with your order number, reason, and photos. Keep proof of postage. Consumers in the UK and EU may have additional statutory rights.

Yes - within 24 hours of purchase. Email support@torazencollective.com with your order number and the change. After the 24-hour window your order may already be processing and changes can no longer be guaranteed.
Sizing
Standard American sizing, S to 3XL, cut relaxed and oversized. Charts live on the sizing guide and every product page, plus a height/weight fit tool (imperial and metric). Unsure? Ask us before ordering.

Yes. Torazen Collective is an independent anime streetwear label with 1,245 published customer reviews going back to 2022, averaging 4.8/5 - 682 of them tied to a verified order. Every published review is on the reviews page, the critical ones included, and complaints carry a dated reply from us.
Every order ships tracked with 30-day non-delivery protection, and carries 30-day returns and size exchanges from delivery. Payment runs through Shopify’s secure checkout - we never see card numbers - and a real person answers support@torazencollective.com within 1 business day. The designs are independent fan-inspired work, not licensed merchandise: see Copyrights & IP.
No. trznstudios.com was our old web address and is still printed on some older packaging, but we no longer own it. Another party now holds it and sends visitors to unrelated sites, some of them scams - don’t enter details, sign up or download anything there.
Our only store is torazencollective.com and our only support inbox is support@torazencollective.com. If an old bag, card or label sent you looking for us, you’re in the right place.
We rebuilt it. Torazen began as TRZN Studios (also known as Torazen Studios), whose last store ran at shoptorazen.com until 2025. We relaunched as Torazen Collective in October 2025 at torazencollective.com, and customers have placed more than 4,000 orders with us since.
We no longer run shoptorazen.com. It now sends visitors to unrelated sites, so if an older bag, label or bookmark shows that address, come straight here instead: torazencollective.com is the only official Torazen store. For reviews, returns and delivery cover, see “Is Torazen legit?”

Yes - $5 off your first order. Join the Collective and your code appears on the page straight away, is applied to your checkout automatically, and arrives by email too. One use per customer, applied in your currency at checkout.
No code is needed for tee bundles: $5 off 2 tees and $15 off 3 or more come off in your bag automatically (in your currency there), and the welcome code works on top. We don’t publish codes on coupon sites, so codes listed there may be expired or not ours.
Newsletter members get $5 off a first order (applied in your currency at checkout) - join the Collective. The tee bundle is always on: 2 vintage tees for $85, 3 for $120, applied automatically at checkout. The community vote decides which series gets the next new designs - one vote per round, your latest counts.
