You get a confirmation email straight away. Need to change something? You have 24 hours - contact us with your order number.
Processing · 2-4 business days (Express + Priority Dispatch: 1-2)
Your pieces are prepared, checked, and packed. Express Shipping + Priority Dispatch orders are packed first and dispatched in 1-2 business days. The tracker above shows this stage too, so you are never looking at a blank page.
Dispatch + tracking email
The moment your order ships you get an email with a link to your tracking page. Scans update as the parcel moves; a quiet day or two right after dispatch is normal while it clears export. No email? Check spam first, then allow the full processing window.
Delivery
Standard: UK / EU / US 8-14 business days after dispatch · Canada / Australia 2-3 weeks · Asia 11-15 business days. Express Shipping + Priority Dispatch: packed first, dispatched in 1-2 business days, then 3-5 business days in transit. All in, that is standard 10-18 business days total and express 4-7 business days total from the day you order. Once the parcel lands in your country a local carrier makes the final delivery - the tracker follows that handover automatically. Larger orders occasionally arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking, at no extra cost.

Delivered, but nothing arrived
Check with neighbours and the carrier first, then email us - we open a carrier investigation and help resolve it.
Non-delivery protection
If tracking confirms your order has not been delivered within 30 days of dispatch, you get a full refund. Every order is covered.
