Exchange within 30 days of delivery: you pay the postage back to our returns address, we ship your new size free, and there is no restocking fee. Every chart on the size guide is measured flat, so you can check chest and length against a piece you already own before ordering. Terms in the refund policy.
Replaced or refunded in full, original shipping included. Email support@torazencollective.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the issue; we cover the return leg.
Prints are bonded matte ink set into the fibre, not a plastic layer sitting on top. Wash cold, inside out, and hang dry. If a print arrives off-centre, blurry or damaged it is replaced. How we make them.
