Two questions decide most anime clothing orders, and neither is about the print: how long will this take, and what happens if it does not fit.
Here are both answers in full, with the numbers split the way they actually work. Dispatch and transit are separate stages, and a shop that quotes you one combined figure is usually hiding which half is the slow one.
Dispatch: 2-4 business days
Dispatch is everything that happens before the parcel moves: the order is picked, the piece is checked, it is packed and handed to the carrier. On a standard order that takes 2-4 business days.
Business days means Monday to Friday. An order placed on a Friday evening starts counting on the Monday.
You get a tracking email at the moment of dispatch, not at the moment of order - so the gap between "thanks for your order" and "here is your tracking number" is this stage, and it is normal.
Transit, by region
Transit is the carrier's leg, measured from dispatch rather than from checkout. Standard shipping runs:

The number that actually matters
Add the two stages together and you get the figure to plan around. For the UK, EU and US on standard shipping: 10-18 business days total from the day you order.
In calendar terms, 10-18 business days is roughly two to three and a half weeks. If you are buying for a date, work backwards from the top of the range, not the bottom.
Larger orders sometimes ship in parts. A split costs you nothing extra and each parcel carries its own tracking.
Express and priority dispatch
Express shipping is $24, and free on orders over $130. It changes both stages, which is the point: the order is packed first and dispatched in 1-2 business days, then travels in 3-5 business days. That is 4-7 business days total for the UK, EU and US.
Standard shipping is $8, and free on orders over $100. Thresholds are shown in your own currency at checkout.
Tracking, and the 30-day cover
Every order ships tracked, with no cheaper untracked tier to opt into by accident. Your tracking link arrives by email at dispatch, and you can look any order up at any time with your order number and email on the track order page.
Every tracked order also carries 30-day non-delivery protection: if tracking confirms your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days of dispatch, you get a full refund. That is delivery cover, and it sits alongside the return window rather than replacing it.
If tracking says delivered and the parcel is not there, check with neighbors and the carrier first, then email us - we will open a carrier investigation.
Addresses can be edited before dispatch, not after, so if you spot a mistake, email immediately. Orders that come back to us as undeliverable are refunded minus shipping.
The return window starts at delivery
This is the detail worth reading carefully on any shop, because it is where policies quietly differ. Torazen's window is 14 days from delivery, taken from carrier tracking - not 14 days from the day you ordered, which on a three-week transit would have expired before the parcel arrived.
Condition requirements are the usual ones, and they are enforced: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors or marks, all tags attached, original packaging. Email us for an RMA first - returns sent back without one cannot be processed.
If a piece arrives damaged, wrong or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the issue. Once verified we repair, replace or refund in full, including the original shipping.

Size exchanges: who pays which leg
A return has two legs - the journey back to us, and the replacement coming out to you - and "free returns" can mean either one. Stated plainly:

There is no restocking fee either way. Refunds exclude the original shipping charge. The exchange goes out once the original is received and inspected.
Some earlier orders included an upgrade called Extended Cover and Free First Exchange, which is no longer sold. If your order has it, your non-delivery cover runs 90 days instead of 30 and we send a prepaid label for your first size exchange. It only ever added cover; nothing on this page is removed by it.
The best exchange is the one you never need. Every blank has a flat measurement table, S through 3XL, in centimeters and inches, on the sizing page and on each product page - measure a piece you already own and match the row.
Duties, taxes and thresholds
Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout where applicable. Any import charges levied by your own country are the recipient's responsibility unless they were collected at checkout, so you will not be charged twice for the same thing.
Free-shipping thresholds are shown in your own currency, converted at checkout, so the $100 and $130 figures above are the reference numbers rather than what you will literally see if you shop in pounds or euros.
